Job Description

We are in need of a self motivated, quick thinker who can help us manage the day to day operations of our small real estate business.

Ideally the person should be available 5AM-5PM -4 GMT

- Understanding of Real Estate business
- Good grasp of the english language
- Ability to edit simple contracts and document management and digital filing
- Basic skills in mass emailing
- Posting Picture and property details on a MLS system that we are members on
- Managing a simple excel database of current properties available and clients looking for rentals or sales
- Replying to e-mail with queries from customers about properties in specific areas, within a certain price range etc.

You will be given a company e-mail to operate with and tasks will be sent to you via e-mail every 24 Hours.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meetings on Skype
