Administrative Assistant needed for Miami law firm. Must be available during business hours for the Eastern Time Zone. Primary tasks including coordinating and scheduling appointments, conference calls, hearing dates. Additional tasks include document processing by drafting, filing, mailing and serving Court Documents. Must have excellent English verbal and written skills. Must be able to work with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and online applications. Local candidate to South Florida is preferred. Fluency in Spanish would be helpful.
