Job Description

Perform general administrative functions including

Coordinate required office activities, schedule meetings, etc.
Maintaining records, correspondence performing basic bookkeeping work.
Preparing responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Assistance with research and document preparation.
