WE ARE IN NEED OF AN ADMINISTRATOR TO TAKE CHARGE AND LOOK FOR A GOOD CRM SOLUTION FOR OUR BUSINESS
We are currently using open cart platform for our website which is an online pharmacy. Open cart only gives you few features for the customer service, sales and vendors to utilize. We are in need of an expert to suggest and probably create a web based crm to integrate to our existing website or replace our open cart back end so I would be able to assign leads to telemarketing, assign customer service support for orders newly placed or orders which needs follow ups, assign a task and give certain limited access to our vendors and payment processors to update the back office on every transactions accomplished. This will help us utilize and maximize our man power resources and save time on manually taking down information and saving them on a hard drive.
Basically this will help us store, edit and manage the ecommerce website back end.
If possible also integrate VOIP solutions.
We are currently shopping around for CRM service providers like salesforce and others.
Preferably Filipino citizen and always available for administering the system.
