Job Description

We are a growing answering service and Call Center looking for Strong minded individuals who want to work from home taking incoming calls sending messages, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and live chat assistance. We are looking for PT with the availability to work anytime within 24 hours or on call as needed and be available on weekends. You will be either processing payments, taking calls for companies, sending messages, making reservations, or handling customer inquires. You should be able to pick up on a new task quickly and be able to use correct grammar and punctuation (very important) and also have proper email etiquette. We always have new projects so we need agents who can keep up with the change,work independently and be able to handle multiple calls at once. Requirements: Dedicated home phone, High Speed Internet Connection (no wireless) and a quite work space Great voice (a must) We are looking to start with 20 hours and hope to progress to 30-40 hours.
