Experience in negotiating prices for venues
Liasing with speakers
Getting contracts signed
Generally coordinating series of events that we have during the year.
And as a Virtual Assistant, you will perform the following tasks
Facebook and LinkedIn entry Management
Although not necessary, if you have blog writing or article writing skills, that would be an added bonus.
You are an out of the box thinker that easily and happily follows direction. But most importantly, you are intuitive and able to provide assistance with sometimes very short deadlines.
