Outbound Appointment Setting / Telemarketing

Aqua Chill of Mesa – Business Development and Expansion Services is looking for an experienced part-time appointment setter (with potential for increased hours). Performing the administrative role in a outbound sales level position, An appointment setter is engaged to support the sales function of the company. Making first contact with prospective clients and functioning as a telemarketer are part of the job, with the goal of gaining appointments for sales executives. Sales executives are responsible for closing.
■Aqua Chill of Mesa provides lead information including name, phone number, website, and other notations from our researchers.
■Make outgoing calls to prospective clients and introduce them to Aqua Chill Drinking Water System products and services.
■Set appointments for our sales representative to meet with each lead.
■Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and proactively address problems.
■We use scripts for phone calls.
■Candidate must be adaptable to off-script situations.
■Add call notes and other data to computer records.
■Other work and responsibilities as may be needed.
■Professional and articulate phone voice.
■Use of calls and emails scripts. Ability to go off script as needed.
■Friendly, persistent, efficient, detail-oriented, personable and organized.
■American English / neutral accent / knowledge of idioms / colloquialisms.
■College-level writing skills will be needed occasionally for business emails.
■Demonstrated ability to find other ways to gain access to decision makers.
■2+ years of experience engaging top-level executives on the phone and with email.
■2+ years of experience setting meetings, getting details, confirming appointments.
■2+ years of experience with managing multiple calendars .
■College degree in communications or marketing a plus – advancement potential.
■Google calendar / Google Apps experience a plus.
■Other sales / marketing experience is a big plus
■$30-$40 per Qualified Scheduled Appointment, Rate DOE + bonus.
■Open to part-time 1099 contractor relationship.
