Assistant for description writing and data entry

I need an assistant for product data collecting/entry for an online store. The products are mostly fashion jewelry and hair accessories. What I need help with is to put new products into excel sheet, match their photos and fill in information such as name and description. Sometimes I also need you to list the photo names for each product.
- I will send you product photos, one of each usually.
- You will use the file name as id, list those products in an excel sheet, then give them names and description based on photos (mostly) and other information I provided, if any. There're 2 types of descriptions: short and long. Short description are from 20-50 words each, and average is 40 words for existing products on the website currently; long descripton ranges from 75-130 words, and average is 100 for existing products. Unless specified, usually I only need short descriptions.
- Product information such as size/measurements, colors etc don't need to be included in the description, as there are such information as seperate attributes already.
- Example/template/instruction will be given.
Good English writing (American style) skill is a must. Your artistic or fashion taste would be a plus. There are many handmade or tribal/world style items. If you "know" this type of things, then maybe I can also give you more writing related projects about these topics.
When apply, please let me know how many short/long descriptions you can write per hour. Also, I'd like to see a sample writing of product description. Simply go online and find a piece of hair accessory, write about it (short or long, up to you) and send to me along with the product link.
