We are looking for a B2B Outbound Call Specialist to start ASAP preferably from the Philippines.
· Excellent English (verbal and written communications skills)
· Bright, energetic, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
· Previous telemarketing experience in appointment setting, collections, or outbound customer service preferred
· Business to business sales experience a plus
· Problem solving and decision making skills
· Professional attitude and polished telephone communication skills
· Must have strong customer service and listening skills
· Must be computer literate using common applications, including Word, Excel, Email, Gmail and Google Documents
· Must know how to navigate and perform research on the internet
· Minimum of 1.5 MBPS Download .35 MBPS Upload
· Up to date Windows computer (XP, 7, 8)
· Quiet working environment
· Clear headset
