Job Description

Our company, MPAG, Inc. is looking for EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to work on gaining valuable appointments for our company. Duties will include:

1)Cold Calling - Discussing our service with them and convincing them to meet with one of our Business Consultants.

2)Following up AND arranging appointments using Google Mail and Calender.

3)Discovering Potential Clients / new leads for our company

-You must speak English WELL
-You must have access to skype and/or quality VOIP/Interntet connections
-B2B Sales experience a must
-Ability to set QUALIFIED appointments.
-Availability during US Business Hours a plus

What is a QUALIFIED Appointment?
-our Business Consultant arrives at the scheduled meeting location,
-Busness Consultant discovers he was expected. (To keep SPAM TM's from applying)
-The Conversation lasted 15 mins or more

I will pay a base salary for the time spent cold calling ($1.00-$10.00/hr)
Per Every FIVE (5) Qualified Appointments, you get a Bonus

BONUS- $20.00-$25.00 / (5) Qualified Appointments (Paid through Odesk)

ALL Contractors will be FIRST be hired with 10 HOUR / Maxium. This will only be on a temporary basis. After 10 hours have been completed, we will provide FULL TIME and PART TIME postions to all contractors who have performed well during the trial 10 hours.

Do not apply if you can not set QUALITY appointments. Must already have experience, I am not contracting you to GAIN experience. No FAKE/SPAM Appointments.
