We are an American Company with a very friendly environment seeking to hire Virtual Assistants to be a part of a dedicated team.

We are looking for BOOKKEEPER

Essential duties & responsibilities:
• Balancing books
• Data entry
• Generate reports (may compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, balance sheets, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business)
• Keeps records of financial transactions for establishment
• Reconciles and balances accounts
• Accounts payable - Handling of payments to affiliates, contracts, vendors, etc…
• Assist with filing and management of state records for entities
• CRM reporting and metrics – create and monitor customer reporting metrics
• Accounts receivable
o Collection calls for clients and past due balances calls
o Payment collection from affiliates
• Handling charge backs with merchant processor
• Handling customer billing issues with customer support
• Completing financing applications for customers
• JV/Affiliate Reporting and Payout
o Reconciliation of Speaking/Webinar Payouts
o Affiliate Payouts
o Tracking to ensure we receive payment

• MUST be proficient with QuickBooks Online
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in bookkeeping
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Prefers an individual with experience in all aspects of job responsibilities or as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
• Must be organized and detailed oriented
• Must have experience with MS Excel and ability to demonstrate it
• Experience working with small business owners
• Experience in working with multiple accounts
• Must be able to provide excellent references
• Must be able to learn new software programs quickly
• Plus if experience in working with Infusionsoft

Equipment or Software Needed:
• Your own phone line (VOIP ok)
• Fast PC - computer must not be older than 2 years
• Fast Internet connection - at least 1Mb per/sec
• Web Cam
• Skype
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook
