Bilingual English/French Executive Assistant for exciting Startup
GLOBAL INVEST HER (www.globalinvesther.com) is currently looking for an Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO, to become part of our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
Manage the diary and organise meetings for the CEO
Manage Office and General Expenses budgets and administration work
On behalf of the CEO, Liaise with C-Suite, Senior Leaders as well as Entrepreneurs, NGO's, Investors
Manage administration and paperwork for interviews with Women Leaders
Liaise with diverse government bodies to take care of administrative obligations for the company
An open, dynamic team player, you pay close attention to detail and enjoy managing diaries and a wide variety of tasks to specific deadlines. Autonomous, well-organised and flexible, you speak both fluent English and French. You have at least 4 years experience working as an Executive Assistant in a multicultural environment. Experience working in a startup environment is a plus. You are used to speaking to senior level executives from companies as well as different types of suppliers. Excellent phone manner, listening skills and level of computer skills (word, powerpoint, excel, internet) are of the highest importance.
