Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant - ** New to oDesk Welcome**

We are a growing company looking for the right person to assist in organizing our 2012 Company records, help implement a new Chart of Accounts, and grow with the company.
This currently is full time work until the 2012 books are brought up to date and then could be just a few hours a week after that.
Applicant must be able to work majority of their hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm US Mountain time (GMT -7:00)
Must be able to think, and address issues.
Applicant must be a CPA or studying to be a CPA or equivalent.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Job Costing
- Using QB Premier
- QB Financial Reports
- Meeting Deadlines
- Journal Entries
- Liaising with United States CPA, and company executives and answering
queries on financial based matters
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Management & our very knowledgeable United States CPA.
A QuickBooks test will be given prior to your first interview.
