7 days a week, 16 hours per day
Fixed Monthly Rate: $300 per agent
NO UPFRONT PAYMENT
TWO (2) OPERATORS NEEDED

General Task:
Facilitate the achievement of the company objectives utilizing the usual medium of communication: CHAT, EMAIL SUPPORT, OUTBOUND/INBOUND CALLS to/from USA, Canada, & Europe. Agents are required to be online at Skype during shift.

Company Objective for this post:
Effectively and efficiently process wire transactions for internal and external FCB and ISB customers using the domestic automated wire transfer system to ensure all wires are processed in a timely manner while ensuring proper debiting and crediting of DDA . Handle all daily wire functions such as same-day tax payments, securities, wire agreements, pin reissues, etc.Assure all wire transactions are in compliance with federal regulations in accordance to the Bank Secrecy Act and the US Treasurer's OFAC laws as well as all wires are in compliance with the Bank's NSF and daylight overdraft policies and that the Bank's wire transfer security procedures are upheld as callback procedures, deposit suspects, proper holds, credit line approvals, and branch security codes. Assure all required customer agreements are in place according to Bank guidelines. Resolve branch, department, customer and correspondent bank wire issues and inquiries.

Orientation & Training will be provided. Call Center experience is an advantage.
