A caterer signs up with us for customer leads looking for quotes and
the vendor is not responding to them.
Most of the time our emails are going to their spam box
so you have to show them how to add our email to their address book
and show them how to search spam box for our leads that they have missed.
Sometimes you are correcting the email we send to on file to a new one.
Some technical knowledge of how email works and spam filters and how they work will help in this job.
Some prior tech support experience helps.
HOURS ARE AS NEEDED...sometimes we have hours...sometimes not.
Daytime calling vendors directly using skype contract (we provide)
during hours of 11 AM to 6 PM Central Time Zone
