Job Description

The Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Property Accountant provides fiscal and administrative support in areas of accounting and payroll. Areas of responsibility include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, trial balance and financial statements. Tasks include paying invoices, processing biweekly payroll, journal entries, bank reconciliation and preparation of monthly operating statements for the management company and all client properties. Desired Skills & Experience We hire for cultural compatibility, relevant technical expertise and professional accomplishments. Candidates must have a BA in accounting or business and a minimum five years experience in an accounting or finance environment including payroll processing, preferably with a real estate management organization. They should be proficient with Windows 7 OS, Microsoft Office and property management software. Speak, read and write in English. Reports to:
