Job Description

We are looking for someone to help us create great customer experiences through support on the PageLines forum. We have a amazingly diverse community of people spreading their message through the web.

You can help them be successful online.

What will you be doing?

You will be working with Live chat, forum, and desk support where needed.
Guiding customers through customization of their website (built on WordPress and Pagelines)
Helping people get up and running with WordPress and Pagelines
Working directly with the development team to improve the product and service
Becoming an expert on PageLines software
Creating great experiences and helping people become successful on the web

What skills will you need?

Fluent in both written and verbal English communication
Effective written communication skills
Experience with both HTML and CSS, PHP is a plus
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platform
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to work independently to resolve issues
