Job Description

We need someone in the US or Canada to work 3-4 hours a day, in the evenings (EST) to do customer support emails for our eCommerce company. The emails are very straightforward and we will provide training.

An up-to-date security suite on your computer such as Norton is a must.

Zendesk experience a big plus.
