Hello,

We are seeking a Philippines employee to join our company in the capacity of a customer relations team member.

The role will see you:
1. Answer inbound calls + call back clients who have requested us to do so.
2. Coordinate and Organise various administrative tasks such as the directors emails and upcoming activities.

INBETWEEN these 2 key + core tasks, you will be:
1. Calling back CUSTOMERS who have received a treatment with the company and ask them a SET number of questions.
2. Collate the responses you receive and analyse them for trends
3. Where positive feedback is given, ask the client to put their praise into writing so we can put that review and testimonial onto the website.
4. As required, ask patients who are giving positive feedback to send in photos so we can share their result/s with other prospective clients. You will have some "rewards"and "incentives" that you will be able to use to help achieve this tasks.

You must be EXTREMELY organised, have a STRONG AND FAST Broadband internet connect to run our VOIP platform, EXCELLENT PC with a STRONG processor, HONEST AND RELIABLE.

You will be offered FULL TIME employment and a set roster that would be:
Mon to Wednesday 12pm to 9pm (1hr lunch)
Thurs + Friday = OFF
Sat + Sun 10am to 6pm (1hr lunch)

To support your application please:
1. In the first line clearly state you can 100% work these shifts
2. You are willing to do Inbound + Outbound Calls - but no cold calling
3. Please also supply a 1-2 min voice recording in WMA or MP3 or MP4 format please showing us your natural speaking style.

This is a position that requires someone to start within 1 week (ideally immediately) Hourly rate of $5 per hr for the first 2 weeks of training and then anywhere from $5 to $7 per hr for the first 6mths of employment. Providing you are on time for your shifts/team player and meet your KPIs you will be rewarded with a pay increase to $8-10 per hr + entitlements such as 4 weeks ANNUAL LEAVE and 2 weeks SICK LEAVE per year of work service + Your internet connection = PAID BY US.
