Customer Service, Administrator with the ability to write

Job Description

This position will start out very part time with no more than 10 hours per week at most. Please do not bid for more than that.

We are a content company meaning that we write content for our clients and customer service is extremely important for this position. What we need is someone that is able to:

Check for new orders
Assign projects to the available writers
Retrieve orders
Submit orders to clients
Keep in regular communication with clients via email and Skype (as needed)
Represent the company in a positive light and always value the clients needs

We have a steady client base and we have a steady writing team. Occasionally we may find ourselves with more work than available writers. It is during these times that you may need to write content as well. Content rates will be separate and we can negotiate the rate of pay during the interview process.
