Job Description

We sell an all natural herbal tonic in the alternative medicine / health and wellness niche. The majority of our audience comes from Facebook. The right person for this opportunity will represent our brand and help us convert traffic into sales and our audience into satisfied customers.

You will
1. Answer calls to our Toll-Free number
2. Take Orders
3. Process payments over the telephone
4. Respond to email inquiries
5. Live Chat
6. Maintain a spreadsheet of Customer Service issues on Google Docs
7. Help customers find orders by retrieving tracking information from our fulfillment system.
8. Maintain and respond to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Wordpress blog inquiries


Excellent American English
A pleasant voice
Previous customer service experience
Available M-F 8AM - to 6PM Eastern Standard Time
Reliable internet & telephone connection
Reachable on Skype during working hours
A passion for holistic healing and natural gourmet food is a plus.
Sending a recording of your voice is a plus
