Customer Service Representative to make non-sales international phone calls through Skype
This position is specifically for a Skype phone based Customer Service Representative.
You must have excellent communication and fluent English skills with a native English speaking accent.
You will NOT be considered unless you have previous customer service support experience and can prove it. Please state your past experience in the job application.
ALL communications will be handled via Skype phone so you must be using a current downloaded version of Skype and functional headset with good sound quality.
Our company will supply you with a Skype account that is already perfectly set up for all the calls that need to be made, so you will not be required to use your own.
This is a 100% Customer Service position that does not require making any sales calls. You will constantly be making international phones calls to existing members of the company. This is not a written support job so you will be hired for your verbal skills, not your writing skills.
You will be given approximately 30 - 50 hours of work per week.
If you are one of our final applicants then understand that you must go through a 3 - 4 hour training period before you will be hired although you will not be making real calls during this time. We've had a number of people who sounded fine with their voice sample but sounded angry on the phone or couldn't follow a very simple script to save their life even though they claimed to have years of customer care experience so there will be training.
Again, you must have excellent communication skills, a very friendly attitude, excellent English skills and be very comfortable with making a large number of outgoing phone calls.
