Job Description

We are a fitness software company that is launching a unique client management and online class scheduling system. We are one of the fastest growing fitness companies in North America.

We are seeking a full-time customer service agent to provide email support to our client base. The position will also be responsible for using Live Chat to communicate with our customers during our regular business hours 9:00am-6:00pm EST as well as use our CMS to email customers back when they have questions. It is important that you have a solid, high-speed internet connection are are available to work Eastern Standard Time.
