Hi,

My name is Trapier, and I am CEO of Imburst.com.

I am looking for a part-time customer service representative that is comfortable with the WordPress platform.

My company is a Group Purchasing 2.0 company that applies the Groupon.com model to healthcare. As a Customer Service Representative for Imburst.com you would work closely with myself and the company's National Accounts Manager to facilitate new member registration, deal processing, and general customer service management.

Ideal attributes for this position include proficient written and verbal skills, a fondness for helping customers, quick communication response, familiarity with the WordPress platform, and a comfortableness with SalesForce.com.

Initial workload would be 5 to 15 hours a week, with opportunities to grow in your role.
