Job Description

We are looking for a customer support engineer. To respond to this job offer you should have the following skills:

Excellent written and verbal skills in French
Able to respond to customer emails in a professional manner
Able to provide customers with answers to FAQ’s
Able to run ad-hoc queries to see what’s up with a customer issue
Provide feedback to customers while and after the issue is getting fixed
Experience in TSE or Citrix would be a plus
Must be able to sign NDA
Deliver great customer service to keep customers happy
