Job Description

Innovative and leading software company based in the USA is seeking a part time customer service representative to handle incoming support tickets / calls providing product support and up selling customers on our products.

Duties:
- Solving incoming support tickets for our software
- Inserting HTML based pages into web sites
- Following up with customers to ensure quailty support
- Answering incoming calls for service via phone (provided by company)
- Daily team meeting

Minimum Skills:
- Basic HTML Knowledge
- Great Written and Spoken English
- Great communication skill
- Positive Attitude
- Passion for technology

Position is for 20 hours per week initially. The first 30-days is a probationary period.
