Job Description

Perform customer callbacks for Ayrstone products (Routers, Meshing WiFi Access Points, and WiFi cameras). Assist customers, answer questions, keep tickets in ZenDesk, See to learn about products, to see FAQs, etc.

Representative needs basic networking skills - setting up a home router, types of ISP connections, public vs. private IP addresses, etc.

Kindness and patience are valued more than technical expertise - most questions are covered by the FAQ, but customers are generally not networking savvy and need reassurance. We'd rather pay you to have a long phone conversation with the user than leave the customer feeling unsatisfied.

Company is going through rapid changes, so duties, responsibilities, and products are likely to change over time.

Significant backlog exists at the moment - good opportunity to get extra hours for the holidays.
