Job Description

We are looking for a customer service representative for our health & wellness based eCommerce website.

--The candidate will be answering support emails using Zendesk and phone calls via google voice.
--The candidate will resolve support requests via email and phone.
-------This will include: explaining policies to customers, tracking packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx, closing and modifying accounts and escalating issues you are unsure about.

Must have experience in customer service.
Must have experience using Zendesk.
Must have strong command of written and verbal english and be native english speaking.
Must have the ability to communicate via email in a professional manner.
Must be kind, compassionate, tolerant and friendly.
Must be good with customers both via the phone, email and *potentially* chat.
