Job Description

Calling retail customers to:
1. See if they are happy with the product.
2. If they need any help with the product.
3. Provide technical support for the product.
4. If the customer is happy, request a feedback left online and record the review ID. share to our Facebook wall.
5. Collect an email address to send over a coupon code for shopping.

Must speak good English.
