Job Description

US Real estate company needs a reliable Customer service agent with great phone skills and ability to connect with people. English speaking clients and scripts will be provided to call buyers, sellers and renters. You will be calling clients that have contacted us so they will generally be happy to hear from you. no cold calling and rarely any complaints involved. Must take accurate notes and input for data entry.

Position is initially part time and can grow into full time based on performance

Need to understand English well enough to transcribe googlevoice messages. Must speak English well enough to make relationships with clients.

Sales experience, nimble or having social media experience a plus. Having an accent is OK with us. Frequent Bonuses of $ 25- 50 US paid for good performance so rate bids with high hourly salaries wont be considered..
