Data Entry - Enter 13 fields into spreadsheet from A5 forms

Job Description

This is a fairly straightforward job for the right person(s).

I require a data entry person(s) to enter up to 13 fields (hand written) from scanned batches of A5 forms into a predefined excel spreadsheet template.

I will give them to you in lots of approximately 120.

My usual person is unavailable - so I am looking to catch up a couple of weeks worth. The right person(s) may have some addition ongoing work.

I am looking for speed and accuracy and value from the hired person.

I would like whoever is hired to start immediately today and continue working until the batch is complete.

As the forms have been filled in with a pen by hand it is essential you have a high level of written english comprehension ... and can of course understand (and sometimes decipher) the handwriting.
