What we want:
We want an senior level data-entry professional to help manage, check, and verify detailed entries to our website. Attention to detail is a must. You will be responsible for checking data entry that is entered onto our system ensuring it is correct.

What the role involves:
We are looking to build our team. We have been working with some great people on Odesk for the past 6 months and have grown so much we need someone to manage our team. It is important to note you will be the SENIOR member of our data entry team. You will be responsible for catching and editing errors and mistakes made by data entry team members.

We are looking for a long-term hire, which will be paid hourly. This role reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and will work closely with our entire internal team. We expect this position to begin with a 3-6 month commitment and be part-time with roughly 10-15 hours/week.

What you must have:
You must be FLUENT in English. This is very important. Please do not apply if you are not fluent in English. You must have data entry experience, be an excel master, web-savvy, have positive feedback/recommendations, and have over 1000 hours of work completed. You must have management experience and be able to work and communicate on Pacific Standard Time. Commercial real estate (CRE) industry knowledge and language a BIG plus!

Must be able to work intuitively and independently - we do not have time to hold your hand and answer lots of little questions and walk you through every step. You will NOT be micro-managed. Being able to figure things out and solve problems on your own is important. If you can’t find the answer – we want you to ask us, and together we can figure it out!

You must be DEPENDABLE and REPRESENT YOURSELF. No outsourcing or managing others who work for you. We want you to be and do what you say!

We want quick accurate work. I need someone who is easily accessible responds within 24 hours despite time differences. We are on PST and need someone during our hours. Work needs to be turned around quickly - within 1 or 2 days maximum.
