We import bikes and scooters in Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Our IT needs are covered by internal personnel. We maintain servers and applications and develop modules as needed.
Currently we want to develop a service-maintenance site for our dealer channel.
1. End-user is able to create an opportunity (Out-of-scope)
An end-user can create a request for bike maintenance using Apps (Android, iOS) or webpage
2. Dealers can read the opportunities/requests (In Scope)
Dealers have an access code that allows them to see open opportunities within a radius (geo location) of their shop. On open requests they can bid, on requests where they were marked as preferred dealer they can accept/deny.
In case the dealer bids on the request a cycle until end-users accepts starts.
Once a request is accepted the scheduling part starts :
completed schedules are synced to Google, Outlook, Apple, … calendars using “eMail invitations” and the schedule is booked in DayPilot and made available for standard (Read, Change, Delete) actions
Sub-Module 2 (Dealers can read the opportunities/requests)
Hand-over of technical design (8th of January 2013)
Start second week of January 2013 (10th of January 2013)
Stop 17th of January 2013
Elaboration of work ends 18th of January
