Hi, I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist but I am a little busy to sit down and write this plan.
I need someone to write for me a diet plan aimed at losing fat and building muscle. It needs to cover a 12 week period and details Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack and Dinner for each day.
It should be simple and easy to follow so that my client will be happy to give it a try.
The writer should have a knowledge of fitness and exercise along with diet programs so that it is well written.
Simple job I just don't have time this week to get one written up!
