Looking to setup queues.Would like a work flow setup, so client emails received will be converted into work orders and then sent to a group of Techs. It will notfiy them the ticket is in the queue and the first tech to accept it will be the assigned owner. Would also like the same methodology applies for the sales team, when an email from potential client comes in
