Email Marketing Campaign

I am looking for someone to create email campaign for industrial machine repair shop. This will include the set-up of mailchimp account, twitter, facebook and linkedin company pages.
Once set-up, we require a collection of emails from website filled with prospects.
Next organizing these emails into mailchimp account for requesting interest in email distribution.
We will provide topics of articles that you will be responsible for creating content for.
This position is for someone who can:
1. Create an exciting email marketing campaign that engages recipients into requesting quotes for service.
2. Once messages are sent, we will need a bi-weekly report sent detailing results of messages sent.
We're only seeking primarily requests for quotes from viable leads. Not sales. This will be ran for 1 quarter then measured. If all is good, we will continue.
The contractor will need to meet the following requirements:
1. Has strong English and communication skills
2. Can maintain confidentiality of the company information
3. Understands email and social media etiquette and is courteous and respectful to prospects
4. Is available to work during business hours (days are flexible)
