Job Description

We are looking for someone to handle customer email inquiries for a small luxury goods brand. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and sales skills as well as perfect written professional English. Preferably you will be based in a time zone close to east coast Australia.

If things work well, there are many other opportunities available in the business for someone working remotely - for example, taking inbound customer calls or monitoring sales and inventory, among other things.
