We are a fast growing events company seeking an office coordinator with great working attitude and bubbly personality to join our team to support and coordinate our administrative tasks.
• Speakers Follow up via emails and phone calls
• Performs administrative tasks and paperworks
• Update website and social media networks (facebook, twitter, linkedin)
• Pre and Post event admin work
Working hours: Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm (Singapore time)
Hourly Rate: $1.11 (inclusive of odesk fees)
Internet Speed: Preferably 2mbps and above
Contractors's computer should have Microsoft office 2007 or 2010 installed (Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint, adobe pdf reader)
Good headset which produce clear and high quality voice
Ideal candidate should be someone who can multi-task and performs well under fast pace and dynamic working environment. Meeting deadlines, quick to deliver top quality work and being meticulous with work are essential attributes to this job. Candidates with strong internet/phone research skills and good command of English will be highly regarded.
