Job Description

I have a few excel lists of information that I would like cleaned and edited. The goal for these lists is to be able to physically mail each entry. I need someone who can sort and compile a list in an excel format and save in a csv file.

The main concern is that each list has multiple entries for the same person (name). We would like to remove the duplicates so that there is only one name and one mailing address because we do not want to mail the same person multiple times. Also, these lists have a numerical (dollar) value for each entry, so when there are duplicates name entries we would like the dollar values added together into one "Total" amount.

I currently have three lists that need editing. We would like to find someone who we can possibly use on regular basis as we acquire these lists alot and need this type of service is performed on each one.
