Excel Spreadsheet report

Job Description

Report creation, I have two TXT files that I need to have set up and combined into one report using Excel, I am looking for someone to set up a report that imports both of the existing reports and the new report will have five columns only, this will need to be a fairly simple to operate report and will then be used on a daily basis..must have advanced excell skills in writing macros.

I have an example that is in use at the momnet and want someone to replicate this spreadsheet using a different input file to the one presently in use.

Please apply giving two examples of macros that you have personally created.
