I am looking to hire a few editors familiar with the AP style for our article directory. The directory will be a repository of high quality jobs and career advice articles that will be updated frequently. The editors will be making sure the articles are of high quality and meet our standards. We currently have one editor working with us but need a few more before the official launch of the directory. The directory will be like careerbuilder but without the actual job postings. The articles you will be editing will be on average 400-500 words and the pay for each edit is $8. This is a long term position and you will have to commit to a minimum daily number of articles to edit.
The ideal applicant must meet at least one of the following requirements:
-Extensive editorial experience working with business or career-related content; OR
-Demonstrate general copyediting experience AND show at least two years experience working in a managerial role or in human resources in a corporate atmosphere.

You will be required to take a paid editing trial AND pass that trial in order to be fully hired.
