We are looking for a full time individual with prior experience working in call centers.

You should:
* Know how to sell
* Be quick with reports and learning new things
* Be very proactive - e.g. you are a take charge person and can take our existing systems and improve upon them to accomplish a common goal.

Please share about your experience in sales, supporting a call center team, your hourly rate (we have bonuses and opportunity for advancement as well after seeing performance). If you can, attach a sample of your voice explaining what the most important things are on a successful sales call. Our hours are 9-7 M-Sat

And for an evaluation question, how would you help a counselor who wants to improve but has a habit of deviating from the script and using many filler words?
