We are hiring experienced real estate virtual assistants. This means you must have the ability to perform the following:
1. Locate and screen sellers and buyers
2. Create marketing ads for real estate for sale
3. Perform online county records searches
4. Record data in excel and other software
5. Must be able to work during business hours in the Mountain Time Zone
6. You must have a computer and phone with clear sound quality
7. MUST BE ORGANIZED
We are looking for team leaders. You will have to earn your stay at our company, but being apart of our team can be very rewarding. We start off with a 1 month (30 day) trial process in which you may earn commission. If you facilitate 4 complete deals during the 30 day trial, we will elect to bring you on full time. Our ultimate goal is to recruit 2 phenomenal virtual assistants who can transition into management positions with our company. Our managers then get teams of their own to maximize their productivity. Our teams are comprised of people who are fun, responsible, knowledge driven and goal oriented. However, we can only take 2 VA’s as we only need 2 managers. We want the best of the best.
