I'm an entrepreneur and executive at a fast growth business with offices in Australia and the United States.
I currently receive about 16 - 50 e-mails per day. Of these e-mails, the approximate break-down is as follows:
20% Client E-mail
30% Internal Company E-mails (From my project manager)
10% Invoices to be paid
10% General Client Communication
10% Message from the team
20% General E-mail and other miscellaneous e-mails.
I'm currently looking for a highly experienced, highly talented virtual assistant who can help take all e-mail off my hands and deal with all my e-mails in a professional manner, taking into account important client relationships and the need to be professional and respond in a timely manner.
To do this accurately, you must have excellent communication and writing skills, an understanding of the Australian business culture and be a very quick learner.
