Expert Biztalk Developer

We are looking for an expert Biztalk developer to work with LuckyCharm to help us develop new and exciting integrations.
We need you to work with the Project Manager, another Biztalk developer, and the Business to facilitate discussions to turn business requirements into a technical specification. We then need your help with implementation.
Integration experience with Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce is a definite plus. As is experience configuring Biztalk WCF services.
This will be a long-term project, please do not apply if you are looking for short-term work. Looking for 15-30 hours per week, with some variation depending on projects.
We use various Task Management tools, such as OneNote and Unfuddled. You would be expected to provide regular updates to the Project Management Team In return, you will receive Guidance/Support from the Project Manager and the Project Management Office. You will be expected to work with the PM and another Biztalk developer, using TFS as source control to develop stable, tested integrations.
You should have extensive Biztalk experience (we use Biztalk 2010, so you should have some experience with that version), experience with schemas, mappings, orchestrations, pipelines at a very minimum. You should be comfortable configuring Biztalk, and troubleshooting issues with webservices, Biztalk itself and SQL Server. You should be comfortable coding in C#.
Ideally you will be comfortable hand coding schemas and xslt. You should be able to work well in a team environment, and have strong english. Please detail in your cover letter your specific experience with Biztalk, C#, SQL Server, WCF, XSLT, and XSD.
