Flash Development - Training "Slide" Series w/ Interaction

Flash Based Education Training.
You will be building a series of Flash/AS3/XML interactive units based on comprehensive mocks and prototypes we will provide.
There are a series of 7 lessons. Each one following a similar file/programmatic structure. Each lesson will contain unique content, assets, sound files.
No Site Design Needed.
Familiarity with MOODLE training platform.
Excellent English Comprehension for easy communication.
Build out Flash/AS3/XML interactive units based on comprehensive mocks and prototypes we will provide.
Preferable that you can display examples of "flash training" websites, though NOT necessary if you are an AS3/Flash rockstar.
Each unit will be as functionally simple to operate as a Powerpoint presentation. Next Slide / Previous Slide / Pause & Play.
Users must perform certain actions on each slide before they are allowed to advance to the next slide.
It won't be necessary to record user answers, but there MUST be a record that the user has completed the training. This Beacon will be collected in their All answers are stored in a DB and associated with the Users ID and presented to the user at the end of the training for review and download. The user can also download/print the test for offline review
- Slide navigation is Play/Pause, Forward Slide and Back Slide.

- The User is timed duing the training and must perform certain actions on each slide before being allowed to move to the next slide.
- The User can move back to any completed slide at any time
- If a user leaves the training at any time, they can return to the training and pick up at the position in the training where they left off.

You should be available as much as possible during US Business hours. It is okay if you are overseas, however it is imperative that you be available for communication at some point during the hours of 8am - 10pm US Pacific Standard Time. This is a very fast turn around job and communication delays will be unacceptable as they will cause project/deliverables delays.
