Job Description

We are looking for EXPERIENCED agents who are ready to work. Applications from call centers with 20 or more staff would be preferred, though individuals can apply.

We are looking for agents who have:

- Perfect English, Written and Spoken. MUST take the oDesk English Test
- Must send a voice clip of a real call or you reading from a book for at least 2 minutes
- You must have experience selling IP phone services
- You must have basic understanding of calling features like Voicemail, Call Forwarding, Call Transfer, etc. Experience supporting these features would be preferred.
- Previous experience with WHMCS billing would be preferred

This is a customer service, tech support split position for both hosting (Cpanel) Products and VOIP (FreePBX / A2 Billing).
