Job Description

Main role is to provide assistance and guidance to customers through a typed-chat client, ingame support, as well as email-based customer support.

20 hours per week

Swedish and English languages, both required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good operating system and computer technical skills
Strong motivation and high level of commitment
Autonomy and good time management skills
Broadband internet connection and a good computer

Previous customer support experience
Schedule flexibility
