To support a busy and growing business in mobile phone repairs we are looking for a HR recruiter.
We require an all-round HR recruiter based on projects that we need staff for. In other words its not a full-time position but it will be on a regular base.
We expect from the recruiter:
- Excellent in English (writing/speaking)
- Experienced in HR Recruitment
- Experienced with Odesk as a tool to find staff
- Easy going attitude and easy to work / communicate with
- Able to screen the applicants quickly
- Able to write attractive job descriptions
- Create a shortlist of the right profiles of candidates
- Liase an interview or test with selected candidates
- Test or Interview the right candidates of required
- Able to write job descriptions
Would be great if you are experienced with HR Management: build a financial model for rewards/bonuses, write a labour agreement, advice us for benchmark interview, help by personal development plan etc. If you have no hr management experience, no worries as a recruiter you should be able to find the right person for this job

- Building a intranet
- Find a software program to plan staff and ftware application for task management
- Online Marketeer (SEO, Facebook, Article writing)
- Write agreements, terms & conditions
- Write a procedure manual
