Help make my podcast artwork
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
Im making a new podcast, and need to make it for itunes and other podcast directories.
I will provide my photo and an outline of the artwork - but I hope you can be creative to understand my content and audience and make a nice artwork. So that I know you read this full description please put podcastrocks in the very first sentence of the application
My podcast is going to be called Global From Asia with Michael Michelini (globalfromasia.com) that will talk about building an international business from asia, based through Hong Kong.
So I would like a nightline photo of the hong kong skyline, my profile photo, with the title and description. Some flare on the text /fonts - I am working on a mockup now.
Please provide your portfolio in the application too.
Please optimize it for 150 x 150 – if it looks good at that size, then it should read perfectly everywhere else. Remember this when you design (or hire someone to design) your 1400 x 1400 pixel image.
* You will need one (1) 1400 x 1400 pixel image that you feel best represents your podcast. This is indeed a rather large image, primarily because of the retina display capabilities of some of the new media players available on the market.
* This image should be in a .jpg or .png file format.
* This image should also be readable at much smaller sizes. Many directories and portable media players will automatically shrink the larger image size to fit smaller areas, so it if looks good at 1400 x 1400, but not at 300 x 300 (for example), then it’s not going to work very well. Some devices shrink the size to as little as 73 x 73 pixels. Personally, I’d optimize it for 150 x 150 – if it looks good at that size, then it should read perfectly everywhere else. Remember this when you design (or hire someone to design) your 1400 x 1400 pixel image.
* In additional to the one (1) 1400 x 1400 pixel image, you will need the same image in a different filename at 300 x 300 pixels. You will need this when uploading your artwork as discussed in Video 5 below.
